Congratulations to all who made the team and GREAT JOB to everyone who came to tryouts!! 

6th Grade(and new to Deerlake students) Tryouts will be as follows:

8/4 and 8/5 Cheer Clinics 4:00-5:00

8/6 Cheer Tryout 4:00-5:00

Please remember that a *current sports physical is required in order to participate in any sport. A blank copy of that physical is attached.  An activity Participation form will also be required(can be completed during the online registration). Please check individual athletic webpages for additional information and tryout forms.

Each child must have a completed FHSAA Activity Physical Evaluation form and the Student Activity Participation form on file in the front office prior to the first day of tryouts. The required documents can be found on the Deerlake Website under “Our School- Forms and Info” or in the school front office.
