Chromebook Agreement and Loaner Chromebook Request Home

If your student needs a Chromebook for use at home, please complete the loaner Chromebook request form using the link below. Once the form is submitted, allow 2-3 school days for the Chromebook to be delivered to your student.

To ensure devices are available for families with the greatest need, please submit a request only if your student does not have access to another device at home.
